Shipping and delivery
All showroom pick-ups are free of charge.
Local deliveries cost 59 DKK.
Local deliveries with pickup point 49 DKK.
International deliveries, regardless of volume, include a shipping fee of up to 120 DKK. Additional shipping fee can be charged upon notice.
We chose the delivering company that provides the best service in the area you are situated in.
Orders that are in stock, will be dispatched within 1–3 days working days and always shipped with track & trace. All bespoke orders have a longer delivery time, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Please note that parcels are not shipped during holidays or weekends, and delays may occur during busy periods and public holidays.
Returns and refunds
You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days. Please note that bespoke items cannot be returned. The costs in connection with your return lie on you. Let us know, if you need help to arrange a return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges directly in the webshop. If you would like a different size, colour, or a completely different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging, labels, and invoice. Returns will only be accepted if all labelling and packaging remain intact. You are responsible for the shipment of returned items. Items lost in transit cannot be compensated.
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method. Returns from within the EU will have all sales taxes refunded. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded by us, though you may be able to reclaim them through your local customs office. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion.

Cancellation rights
Bespoke designs
For all bespoke orders, a 50% pre-payment is required at the start of the design process. The remaining balance must be paid before the piece is shipped or picked up. All bespoke orders are processed via invoice.
You may cancel your bespoke order within 8 days; however, the 50% pre-payment is non-refundable
Standard products
Your right to cancel your order lasts for 14 days. This two-week period is counted from the moment you, or an appointed person (other than the delivery service), takes possession of the product
Defective or incorrect goods
If you have received goods that are defective, or part of the order is missing, or we have delivered the wrong goods, please contact our customer service.
You are not responsible for any costs associated with the return of defective or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and delivery costs once we have received the goods, unless you choose to order new goods to replace the original ones
Other
We do our best to keep the webshop updated and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions, and all other product information are accurate. However, spelling mistakes, pricing errors, and other inaccuracies may occur, and at times we may discover that an item has been listed with an incorrect price.’
Force majeure
We cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations under these terms if caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
